In 2018 Demeter Design Studio and Reload Architects won the competition to design the headquarters and storage facility of Würth, one of the most significant international companies in the building industry.

Situated on a greenfield site outside Budapest, the building is communicating with the surrounding landscape.  Using the sloping site as a „masking” strategy, the large logistics warehouse is positioned below the office building, which makes its presence more discreet. The office is an elegant and modernist glazed building, allowing its natural surroundings to enter the interior. In alignment with the overall architectural concept, the interior has a rational layout, yet the balance of materials and spatial elements creates an organic flow within the dynamic design.
